- Cranberry Juice22.5 ml
- Honey sugar syrup30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
Method
- Add red chili pepper, fresh raspberries, aged rum (6-10yr), cranberry juice, honey sugar syrup, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
