Ingredients
- Aged Rum45 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add aged rum, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
