Method
- Fill highball glass with ice
- Add ginger beer
- Float dark rum on top
- Garnish with lime wheel
Pro Tips
- Gosling's Black Seal rum is LEGALLY required in Bermuda to call it a Dark 'n' Stormy (trademark).
- Pour the rum LAST, floating on top of the ginger beer, for the classic dark-gradient look.
- Use real spicy ginger beer (Gosling's own, or Fever-Tree); ginger ale is a travesty.
