Ingredients
- Aged Rum60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice25 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup20 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur2.5 ml
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add aged rum, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, maraschino liqueur, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
