Ingredients
- Aged agricole rhum30 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro22.5 ml
- Pineapple rum7.5 ml
- Pineapple syrup5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add aged agricole rhum, cynar/carciofo amaro, pineapple rum, pineapple syrup, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
