Ingredients
- fresh Basil leaves3
- White Rum40 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Red bitter liqueur10 ml
- Champagne30 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add white rum, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and red bitter liqueur
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Top with champagne
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
