Ingredients
- inch Cucumber (fresh)1
- White Rum60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add inch cucumber (fresh), white rum, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and saline solution 4:1
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
