Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)30 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)30 ml
- Cherry brandy30 ml
- Chocolate bitters12 drop
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), amaro (e.g. montenegro), and chocolate bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with cherry brandy
