Ingredients
- Cacao spiced rum50 ml
- Pineapple jam1 barspoon
- Cold brew coffee45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Tonic water60 ml
Method
- Add cacao spiced rum, pineapple jam, cold brew coffee, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with tonic water
