Ingredients
- White overproof rum25 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth25 ml
- Pineapple Juice25 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice25 ml
- Vanilla sugar5 ml
- Absinthe1 dash
Method
- Add white overproof rum, bianco/blanco vermouth, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, vanilla sugar, and absinthe to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
