Ingredients
- White Rum60 ml
- Apricot jam/preserve1 barspoon
- Dry Vermouth30 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur5 ml
- Grapefruit bitters1 dash
- Water15 ml
Method
- Add white rum, apricot jam/preserve, dry vermouth, maraschino liqueur, grapefruit bitters, and water to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
