- Lime (Peel from 4 large limes (green part only; removed with vegetable peeler in 2-inch-long strips))4 oz
- Lime juice1 c
- Ginger8 sli
- Sugar1/4 oz
- Mint30 lf
- Mint10 spg
- Cachaça1 c
- Ice cubes3 c
- Ginger beer5 c
Method
- Muddle , and undefined in shaker
- Add lime juice, ginger, sugar, mint, mint, cachaça, and ice cubes
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with lime (peel from 4 large limes (green part only; removed with vegetable peeler in 2-inch-long strips))
