Ingredients
- Light rum1 oz
- Port1 oz
- Lemon1 oz
- Powdered sugar1 tsp
- Egg white1 oz
- Carbonated water1 oz
Method
- Dry-shake light rum, port, lemon, powdered sugar, egg white, and carbonated water in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled highball glass
