Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)67.5 ml
- Blackcurrant syrup15 ml
- Liquorice liqueur2.5 ml
- White balsamic2.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), blackcurrant syrup, liquorice liqueur, white balsamic, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
