Ingredients
- Aged Jamaican rum30 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add aged jamaican rum, pedro ximénez sherry, fresh lemon juice, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
