Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Maple syrup12.5 ml
- Crème de cassis5 ml
- Absinthe2 dash
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), fresh lime juice, maple syrup, crème de cassis, and absinthe to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
