Ingredients
- Aged Rum60 ml
- Orange Curaçao7.5 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Aromatic bitters4 drop
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake aged rum, orange curaçao, maraschino liqueur, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, aromatic bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
