Ingredients
- Dark/black rum45 ml
- Rye whiskey 50% abv15 ml
- Pineapple Juice15 ml
- Maple syrup7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters5 dash
- Ginger beer75 ml
Method
- Add dark/black rum, rye whiskey 50% abv, pineapple juice, maple syrup, fresh lime juice, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with ginger beer
