Ingredients
- Cachaça (unaged)60 ml
- Espresso coffee (hot)30 ml
- Coffee liqueur15 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)7.5 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)7.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add cachaça (unaged), espresso coffee (hot), coffee liqueur, amaro (e.g. averna), amaro (e.g. montenegro), and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
