Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves8
- Aged Rum45 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Sparkling Water15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add aged rum, bianco/blanco vermouth, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and aromatic bitters
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
