Ingredients
- Aged Rum60 ml
- Homemade ginger syrup15 ml
- Pineapple Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Sparkling Water30 ml
Method
- Add aged rum, homemade ginger syrup, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
