Ingredients
- fresh Basil leaves3
- Cachaça (unaged)45 ml
- Limoncello liqueur20 ml
- Orange-red aperitivo20 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Honey and water syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cachaça (unaged), limoncello liqueur, orange-red aperitivo, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, and egg white (pasteurised)
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupette glass
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
