Created by Harry Yee at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in 1957, this vibrant blue cocktail became an icon of tropical drinking. The blue curaçao gives it its signature color while rum, vodka, and pineapple juice provide the tropical flavors.

Ingredients
- White Rum1 oz
- Vodka0.5 oz
- Blue Curaçao0.5 oz
- Pineapple Juice3 oz
- Sweet and Sour Mix1 oz
- Pineapple Wedge1 piece
- Maraschino Cherry1 piece
Method
- Add rum, vodka, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and sweet and sour mix to shaker
- Fill with ice and shake well
- Strain into hurricane glass filled with ice
- Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry
