Ingredients
- Cacao spiced rum50 ml
- Tawny port25 ml
- Cinnamon syrup12.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice12.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake cacao spiced rum, tawny port, cinnamon syrup, fresh lime juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
