- Aged Rum60 ml
- OP high ester aged pot still rum15 ml
- Pineapple Juice75 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
Method
- Add aged rum, op high ester aged pot still rum, pineapple juice, rich simple syrup, aromatic bitters, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
