Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Vermouth amaro (Pun.)22.5 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)15 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), vermouth amaro (pun.), amaro (e.g. averna), and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
