Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- OP high ester aged pot still rum15 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry15 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Orange Bitters2 dash
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), op high ester aged pot still rum, pedro ximénez sherry, aromatic bitters, and orange bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
