- fresh Mint leaves6
- Cacao spiced rum60 ml
- Lime cordial20 ml

- Champagne50 ml
Method
- Muddle in rocks glass
- Add cacao spiced rum, lime cordial, orange bitters, and grind black pepper
- Fill with ice and stir
- Top with champagne
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
