- Aged Rum60 ml
- Beetroot juice15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup10 ml
Method
- Add aged rum, beetroot juice, fresh lime juice, and vanilla sugar syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
