Ingredients
- fresh Thai basil leaves4
- White Rum50 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup2.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add white rum, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, vanilla sugar syrup, and saline solution 4:1
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh thai basil leaves
