Ingredients
- Banana3 slice
- Cachaça (unaged)30 ml
- Blended light 3-5yo rum20 ml
- Banana liqueur15 ml
- Corn/maize liqueur5 ml
- Fino sherry10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice5 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add banana, cachaça (unaged), blended light 3-5yo rum, banana liqueur, corn/maize liqueur, fino sherry, fresh lime juice, and saline solution 4:1 to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into coupe glass
