Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- Palo cortado sherry15 ml
- Banana liqueur7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Cardamom bitters12 drop
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), palo cortado sherry, banana liqueur, rich simple syrup, and cardamom bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
