Ingredients
- 1⁄2 fresh Banana
- Fresh Orange Juice30 ml
- Sugar1 barspoon
- pinch Cinnamon powder2
- Cognac (brandy)15 ml
- Vodka45 ml
- Cachaça (unaged)15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Add 1⁄2 fresh banana, fresh orange juice, sugar, cognac (brandy), vodka, cachaça (unaged), fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with pinch cinnamon powder
