Ingredients
- fresh Passion fruit1
- Aged Rum45 ml
- Apricot liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Add fresh passion fruit, aged rum, apricot liqueur, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and vanilla sugar syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
