Ingredients
- fresh Passion fruit1
- fresh Mint leaves8
- Aged Rum60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Passionfruit liqueur7.5 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add fresh passion fruit, aged rum, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and passionfruit liqueur
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
