Ingredients

- Pineapple Juice90 ml
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add white rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
