Ingredients
- OP high ester aged pot still rum22.5 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro22.5 ml
- Elderflower liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Orgeat syrup15 ml
Method
- Add op high ester aged pot still rum, cynar/carciofo amaro, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and orgeat syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
