Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Honey sugar syrup5 ml
- Honey herbal liqueur7.5 ml
- Oloroso sherry5 ml
- Cranberry Juice15 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), honey sugar syrup, honey herbal liqueur, oloroso sherry, and cranberry juice to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
