Ingredients
- White Rum50 ml
- Red bitter liqueur10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
- India pale ale (IPA) beer30 ml
Method
- Add white rum, red bitter liqueur, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, and india pale ale (ipa) beer to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
