Ingredients
- Aged Rum45 ml
- Orange Curaçao15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- swath Lime zest (peel)1
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add aged rum, orange curaçao, fresh lime juice, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with swath lime zest (peel)
