Ingredients
- White Rum45 ml
- Chartreuse Yellow7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Agave syrup7.5 ml
- Grapefruit bitters1 dash
- fresh Mint leaves3
- Egg white (pasteurised)7.5 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add white rum, chartreuse yellow, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, grapefruit bitters, and egg white (pasteurised)
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
