Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- Orange Curaçao15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Ginger beer60 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), orange curaçao, fresh lime juice, and aromatic bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with ginger beer
