Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)30 ml
- Dark/black rum30 ml
- Pimento dram7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Grapefruit Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), dark/black rum, pimento dram, fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
