Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves8
- Cachaça (unaged)22.5 ml
- Bison grass vodka22.5 ml
- Manzanilla sherry22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Sparkling Water30 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add cachaça (unaged), bison grass vodka, manzanilla sherry, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
