Ingredients
- Blended light 3-5yo rum50 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Pimento dram2.5 ml
Method
- Add blended light 3-5yo rum, amaro (e.g. averna), fresh lime juice, and pimento dram to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into rocks glass
