Ingredients
- White Rum60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Sauvignon Blanc wine30 ml
- Gooseberry and mint cordial5 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add white rum, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, sauvignon blanc wine, and gooseberry and mint cordial
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
