Ingredients
- White Rum60 ml
- Amaretto liqueur15 ml
- Pineapple Juice75 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Orgeat syrup10 ml
Method
- Add white rum, amaretto liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and orgeat syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
