Ingredients
- White Rum30 ml
- Peach schnapps15 ml
- Pineapple Juice45 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- fresh Mint leaves10
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add white rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice, rich simple syrup, and fresh lime juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
