Ingredients
- Bison grass vodka45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Passion fruit syrup15 ml
- Apple juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Absinthe3 dash
Method
- Dry-shake bison grass vodka, fresh lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, apple juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and absinthe in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
