Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv60 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro15 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.7.5 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Averna)7.5 ml
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, cynar/carciofo amaro, bénédictine d.o.m., and amaro (e.g. averna) to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
